Kitchen
- Inside the fridge and freezer, shelves and drawers out
- Inside the oven, racks and the door glass
- Inside the microwave
- Inside every cabinet and drawer
- Stovetop, range hood and filter
- Sink, faucet and backsplash
Bathrooms
- Tub, tile and grout
- Toilet, including the base and behind it
- Sink, mirror and medicine cabinet
- Exhaust fan cover
Every room
- Closets and shelves wiped out
- Baseboards, door frames and switches
- Window sills and tracks
- Spot-clean scuffs on walls
- Floors vacuumed, then washed
Pro tip
Clean top to bottom, and do the floors last, after the last box is out. Take dated photos of each room when you're done.
